What happened?

*         The issue with the LearningStudio Gradebook has been resolved and users should be able to access.
When:

*         Issue reported & confirmed on 12/17/2015 @ 2:38 p.m.

*         Issue officially resolved: 12/17/2015 at approximately 3:55 p.m.
Services/Applications Impacted:

*         Pearson LearningStudio Gradebook (eCollege)
What you need to do:

*         Users may need to clear their browser's cache and cookies.

*         If you experience eCollege technical problems, contact the eCollege helpdesk at 1-866-656-5511 (toll free).
