What is happening?

*         User may be receiving a HTTP 503 Service Error (image below) when trying to access the LearningStudio (eCollege) Gradebook.

*         Issue reported & confirmed on 12/17/2015 @ 2:38 p.m.
Services/Applications Impacted:

*         Pearson LearningStudio Gradebook (eCollege)
What you need to do:

*         At this time Pearson Technical teams are troubleshooting the issue. No estimated time of resolution has been given. A status update will be provided every 30 minutes.
