A MESSAGE FROM DR. ADOLFO BENAVIDES, PROVOST AND VICE PRESIDENT ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

University Faculty,

In an effort to meet the early closure time of noon on Wednesday, December 23rd, I respectfully request that you submit final grades by December 21st at 5:00 pm. Any grades not submitted on time will require the submission of a grade change petition in order to post the information for students. A tutorial that offers a step by step guide to completing final grades is available at:  http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/Faculty%20Resources.aspx

Please understand that none of the following processes can be started until all of the grades for every student have been submitted.

*         Financial aid eligibility determination

*         Academic action assessments

*         Student registration in future terms

*         Final transcript calculations for our students

*         Academic appeals for future semesters

I would ask that Administrative Assistants forward this message to any adjuncts who do not have the main faculty e-mail address.
