[VPAAEtal] Final Grading Open

University Faculty,

Grading has been opened for the Fall 2015 semester. Worksheets will remain available until December 21st at 5:00 p.m. Please note that we have a very short window before the university will close for the holidays.

There are several processes affected by final grades each semester.  Some of these include, but are not limited to:

*         Financial aid eligibility determination

*         Academic action assessments

*         Student registration in future terms

*         Final transcript calculations for our students

*         Academic appeals for future semesters

None of these processes can be started until all of the grades for every student have been submitted.  The end of term process can only be run one time and involves multiple calculations.

Any grades not submitted on time will require the submission of a grade change petition in order to post the information for students.
