SUBJECT:	Graduate Roundtable-Wednesday, March 4, 2009-
1:30-3:00pm

Attached below is an updated flyer inviting all Administrators, Faculty,
and Staff who interact with and assist Graduate Students to attend the
Graduate Roundtable (formerly known as Graduate Advisers' Roundtable).
The Roundtable will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, from 1:30
p.m.-3:00 p.m. in room 213C of the Sam Rayburn Student Center.  If you
posted the flyer that was sent out a week ago, please replace it with
the attached updated version.

President Jones will provide the welcome for this interactive session.
Along with the Graduate School, representatives from academic
departments and the Registrar's Office will share information and ideas
and facilitate discussion regarding services and support to our Graduate
Students from inquiry to graduation.  Therefore, the invitation to this
Graduate Roundtable, while still including Advisers, extends to all
Administrators, Faculty, and Staff who have contact with Graduate
Students.  

In order to ensure we have materials and refreshments available for
everyone, we request that you register by Friday, February 27 via the
registration link www.tamu-commerce.edu/gradschool/registration.asp.
You can find easy access to the link on the Graduate School webpage.

We hope you will mark your calendars and join us. If you have questions,
