[VPAAEtal] $4Me Success and UPDATES - please read and print!

We are so excited to announce the initial success of our Money4Me
Campaign!  In the past two days, we have responded to hundreds and
hundreds of emails!  We have had over 1,200 of them coming into and
going out of the Money4Me at tamu-commerce.edu inbox!  You will be happy to
know that our Money4Me First Responder Team is busy at work and is
responding to all emails within moments of their receipt.  Thank you so
much to those of you who have served tireless hours maintaining this
campaign!

 

We are proud to announce that already the winter-mini enrollment and
credit hour production has been impacted!  Our last enrollment report
(through Thursday night, November 13) reflected 450 students (89 juniors
and 80 seniors) registered for winter-mini.  Currently, there are 799
total students (230 juniors and 200 seniors) enrolled in winter-mini, a
difference of 349 students!  Last week, we reported 1,350 credit hours
and today we are 2,397, a difference of 1047 credit hours!  Very
exciting!

 

We have appreciated your comments and questions, as well!  Attached are
revised help documents that provide clarifications to our original
messages about the campaign.  Revisions are in red, so you can quickly
see what is different.  We have also clarified the messages on the web
page at Money4Me.tamuc.com.  Thanks to the Marketing Communication
department for quickly responding to these clarifications!

 

Please be aware that most of these scholarships are automatic, with the
exception of the first initiative for new transfer students.  Those
decisions will be made by each Dean's office in the respective College.
If students meet the criteria, you can encourage them to check their
MyLeo account within the week after their registration.
