[VPAAEtal] Fall 08 Commencement Volunteers

Greetings!

 

Fall 2008 Commencement is just around the corner.  We are in need of
volunteers to assist with lining up and/or leading the students.  The
ceremonies and number of volunteers needed are as follows:

 

8:30 am              Undergraduate Ceremony (CAS/CBT):

Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead the students for CAS

                        Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead
the students for CBT

Need 3 people to line up students for CAS

Need 2 people to line up students for CBT 

 

 

11:00 am              Undergraduate Ceremony (COEHS):

Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead the students for COEHS

Need 4 people to line up students for COEHS

 

 

 

3:00 pm             Graduate School

                              Need 7 people to line up students for
Master Students
