[Vpaaetal] National Survey of Student Engagement

Dear Faculty,

 

Every two years our University participates in the National Survey of
Student Engagement (NSSE) in conjunction with the University of Indiana. The
sample population is restricted to freshmen and seniors. 

The survey was launched a few weeks ago and the Office of Institutional
Research was contacted this morning by the NSSE team with concerns of our
response rate being very low.

 

We would like to ask that each faculty member encourage their freshmen and
seniors to check their Leo e-mail accounts and respond to the survey if they
are part of the sample.  

 

Student responses will allow us to address the needs and concerns of our
students as well as understanding their opinions and perspectives related to
their educational career at A&M-Commerce. 

 

Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
