[Tx-speed] UT Arlington Back Online with Outbound SPEEDE Transcripts!

Hi TACRAO and SPEEDE Friends!

As of today, UT Arlington is sending SPEEDE transcripts again!  We were supposed to be online over a year ago, but we had some issues outside of our PeopleSoft programs that took over a year to resolve.  Anyway, everything is working, and it is in production now.  The first batch of 16 transcripts is already on its way.  Please let me know if any of you have any issues with SPEEDE transcripts from us.
