I have made non-substantive changes, including position/title updates, changes in contact office, and stylistic-type edits to conform to university style guidelines.

The Provost, Director of Human Resources, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer have review/revised the attached procedure

Please review/revise the attached procedure as needed.  If no changes are needed, please let me know by February 14th.
