TAMUS is leading a special task force, looking at the Zika virus from the perspective of education and/or actions we need to take on behalf of faculty, staff and students, specifically as it relates to spring break travel. As part of this committee, the Health Science Center was asked to create an online Zika informational hub for all System entities to utilize as a resource to share pertinent information with faculty, staff and students on their campus, which is now live—Zika360 <http://vitalrecord.tamhsc.edu/zika360/>. 
 
Customizing information from the CDC and WHO—and with help from experts across TAMUS <http://vitalrecord.tamhsc.edu/zika360/experts/> —the web hub will serve as a daily resource for the most up-to-date/breaking information on the virus. Packaged within Zika360, visitors will find the latest news on Zika from around the globe, Q&A with TAMUS experts, as well as downloadable resources (infographics, support visuals, fact sheets and web/social ads).
 
Zika360 will soon be shared with communications offices within your institution and/or agency, who will be asked to begin promoting the resource via web and social channels, as well as sending a possible faculty, staff and student email distribution with spring break travel tips (draft attached). It is our hope that Zika360 will be utilized as a local, state, and even national source for the most accurate, easy-to-digest information on Zika. Thank you for your support in publicizing this information throughout your institution and/or agency.
