Hi, everyone:
Just wanted to let you all know that we have a Stellar Astrophysics Journal Club every Thursday at 11.  Everyone is welcome! 
We basically just discuss some recent paper that we find interesting.  One paper per week, selected by the speaker that week.  Very informal, and a chance to learn a little something cool that you wouldn't have otherwise discovered.
