[NewIntlStudents] Enrollment requirements for new summer students

[New International Students]

All new F-1 international students for the summer semester are required to enroll in at least 6 credit hours.  3 hours will be required face to face in summer session 1 and the remaining 3+ hours may be online or face to face.  Please make sure that you enroll correctly for the summer sessions to avoid issues with your visa status.
