Hello MSW Student Interns - Summer 2026,

I am sending a quick update to let you know that your TK20 accounts were made visible early this morning. If you experience an error or difficulty logging in, please try refreshing your browser/system and attempt to log in again.

I also want to share that all field placements have been approved in the TK20 system. If you received a blank message from TK20, please do not be alarmed. This is simply an automated alert prompting you to log in and review your updated status.

I am super excited for those of you beginning your field education courses and placements this summer, Yay! This is such an exciting step in your professional journey, and I look forward to supporting you along the way.

If you have not yet received your Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), please know that the ETAMU Office of Procurement is working diligently to process and return all agreements to your agencies as quickly as possible.

For your review and assurance, I have attached a copy of the liability insurance coverage provided by ETAMU for your protection during your field placement. Please provide a copy to your agency's Task Supervisor/Task Manager or Field Instructor for their records.

Additionally, your Field Instructors should have received an email today regarding their TK20 access. If they did not receive the automated email generated by the system, I will be sending follow-up correspondence with the same information. Occasionally, agency email systems block or filter automated messages; however, I will ensure that all necessary communication is provided.

I am looking forward to a wonderful summer semester and wish you all the very best as you begin this important learning experience!
