<strong>TK20 accounts were made visible early this morning</strong>. If you experience an error or difficulty logging in, please try refreshing your browser/system and attempt to log in again.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<strong>all field placements have been approved in the TK20 system</strong>. If you received a blank message from TK20, please do not be alarmed. This is simply an automated alert prompting you to log in and review your updated status.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<strong>not yet received your Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)</strong>, please know that the
<strong>ETAMU Office of Procurement</strong> is working diligently to process and return all agreements to your agencies as quickly as possible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">For your review and assurance, I have attached a copy of the
<strong>liability insurance coverage provided by ETAMU</strong> for your protection during your field placement. Please provide a copy to your agency's
<strong>Task Supervisor/Task Manager</strong> or <strong>Field Instructor</strong> for their records.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Additionally, your
<strong>Field Instructors should have received an email today regarding their TK20 access</strong>. If they did not receive the automated email generated by the system, I will be sending follow-up correspondence with the same information. Occasionally, agency
email systems block or filter automated messages; however, I will ensure that all necessary communication is provided.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
