[Journalism] Positions available at the Greenville Herald-Banner.

The Greenville Herald-Banner has advertised for two positions, a
reporter and a page designer-reporter.  If interested, please contact
Derek Price, editor.  You might go to the newspaper's website to see if
further information is available.

 

        Danny Walker, a friend of our program and of The East Texan, has
an opening at the Vernon Daily Record for a reporter.  Mr. Walker was at
one time editor of the Herald-Banner.  Contact him at 
dwalker at vernonrecord.com <mailto:dwalker at vernonrecord.com>  or again you
might check the publication's website or the website of the Texas Press
Association.  Several positions are listed there.

 

        Both announcements are posted on the bulletin board at the south
end of the Journalism Building.
