Greetings!

It's that time of the year when CV's and Syllabi's are being updated. I have attached documentation on 'How to' on CV's and Syllabi's. Please remember that CV's and Syllabi's publishes nightly and is not immediately available in Schedule of Classes. This mean after you publish you need to wait until the next day to verify if the CV and Syllabi is published and can be viewed in Schedule of Classes. Why is there a waiting period? Because CV's and Syllabi's must be indexed and connect with Banner. This can only be done at night when the Cascade can talk to Banner and vice versa.

Many ask 'Will I be able to see syllabi after it has been published?' Yes, in 1-4 hours on a webpage that is NOT Schedule of Classes webpage.

Remember, if you are checking CV's and Syllabi's on Schedule of Classes please wait until the next day.

Please let me know if you have any questions about uploading and updating CV's and Syllabi's.

Thanks,
Lydia
