[CBW_Exec] CBW Proposal--Please read if you want to be listed!

All,

I listed myself as "speaker additional" and I did NOT click "SUBMIT."  But
FYI, it looks like it's ok to click submit as a way of saving the proposal.
It won't lock in as a submission until 11:59 pm Central time (an hour behind
east coast time).  Below I've copied the directions.

DIRECTIONS (highlighting added):  Your proposal will be stored and remain
"active" in the NCTE system until the final proposal deadline. This means
that you will be able to return to the proposal any time before May 6, 2011
(11:59 pm, Central Time), to view, edit, or even delete it. When you have
finished drafting the proposal (or have finished reviewing it), you will be
prompted to "Submit." Clicking on the submission button will automatically
save the proposal in the system.

You will then receive the following e-mail confirmation:

"We have received your 2012 CCCC Proposal entitled: 12345, Sample Proposal
Title.

Your confirmation number, which is the set of numbers before the comma, is
your proposal number. You can log in with your username and password to
view, edit, or delete your proposal submission."

At the final Call for Proposals deadline, *May 6, 2011 (11:59 pm, Central
Time)*, your proposal will automatically be locked in. The reviewers will
review that version.
