All,<br><br>I listed myself as "speaker additional" and I did NOT click "SUBMIT." But FYI, it looks like it's ok to click submit as a way of saving the proposal. It won't lock in as a submission until 11:59 pm Central time (an hour behind east coast time). Below I've copied the directions.<br>

until the final proposal deadline. <span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">This means that you will be able to
return to the proposal any time before May 6, 2011 (11:59 pm, Central
Time), to view, edit, or even delete it.</span> When you have finished
drafting the proposal (or have finished reviewing it), you will be
prompted to "Submit." Clicking on the submission button will
automatically save the proposal in the system.
<p>You will then receive the following e-mail confirmation:</p>
<blockquote><p>"We have received your 2012 CCCC Proposal entitled: 12345, Sample Proposal Title.</p>
<p>Your confirmation number, which is the set of numbers before the
comma, is your proposal number. You can log in with your username and
password to view, edit, or delete your proposal submission."</p></blockquote>
<p>At the final Call for Proposals deadline, <b>May 6, 2011 (11:59 pm, Central Time)</b>, your proposal will automatically be locked in. We are in the process of finalizing the CBW proposal. Hannah and I have posted it on-line, but have not submitted it.<br>

I do not know how many people the proposal form will let us enter. I'm not sure if there's a maximum number? If not, then we should list everyone. If there is a limit, I think we should prioritize people who need funding. I think that list includes: Greg, Sugie, Sarah, and Bill.<br>

If there's room, I believe Susan & Kathleen also would like to be listed. Am I missing anyone?<br>

What I've done is put in the proposal (which you saw earlier in the week). As a courtesty, since he's doing us a favor, I have added Bruce Horner. Hannah, as outgoing chair of CBW, is chair. I listed myself as a speaker 1.<br>
