Hi Folks,


We are in the process of finalizing the CBW proposal. Hannah and I have posted it on-line, but have not submitted it.


I do not know how many people the proposal form will let us enter. I'm not sure if there's a maximum number? If not, then we should list everyone. If there is a limit, I think we should prioritize people who need funding. I think that list includes: Greg, Sugie, Sarah, and Bill.


If there's room, I believe Susan & Kathleen also would like to be listed. Am I missing anyone?


What I've done is put in the proposal (which you saw earlier in the week). As a courtesty, since he's doing us a favor, I have added Bruce Horner. Hannah, as outgoing chair of CBW, is chair. I listed myself as a speaker 1.

If you need to be listed in order to get travel funding, please log on and add yourself as a speaker by tomorrow at 4 p.m. I'll submit the proposal after then.


To log in and edit, please use the following access on the CCCC proposal page:


user name: lclark
password: cbwexec


Log in
Choose "View My Proposals"
Choose "Gathered at the Gate"


On the proposal page, scroll down to the bottom (please do not change the proposal) and click continue
Then, add yourself as a new speaker. Click "Save Participant." DO NOT CLICK ON SUBMIT PROPOSAL!!!


PETER ADAMS: if you send me the information for your speakers, I will add them. You'll also seem them already listed in the proposal body.
