RESEARCH ASSISTANCE SERVICES:

For the Fall 2025 semester, Waters Library is piloting a new service in the afternoons and evenings. On-demand research assistance will be available via chat on weekdays from 2:00-7:00 p.m. In addition to the chat service, you can still contact the entire R&I team at any time of the day using our Ask a Librarian<https://etamu.libanswers.com/widget_standalone.php?la_widget_id=6667> form.

The Research Help Desk (RHD) service is also changing in the fall semester. The RHD will still provide walk-in research assistance, but is now located in Library 132, and will be open Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

And don't forget that our librarians can come to your classes to teach students about the library! To schedule an in-class or virtual library instruction, please visit our Library Instruction Services<https://etamu.libguides.com/instructionServices> guide.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Sarah Northam at Sarah.Northam at etamu.edu<mailto:Sarah.Northam at etamu.edu>.

Thank you,
The Velma K. Waters Library R&I Librarians
