<b>weekdays from 2:00-7:00 p.m.</b> In addition to the chat service, you can still contact the entire R&I team at any time of the day using our
<a href="https://etamu.libanswers.com/widget_standalone.php?la_widget_id=6667">Ask a Librarian</a> form.<o:p></o:p></p>
