Colleagues:

Monday, September, 25 the call for Early Intervention Progress Reports will begin in EAB. Reporting closes, Wednesday, October 4.

You will be prompted to report via an email from me, which contains a link to the EAB reporting page.

You will be asked to report for first-time full-time freshmen, students on academic probation or suspension, and student athletes, regardless of classification.

These progress reports help our Advising Teams reach out to students in academic trouble.

You will be asked to provide insight into how students are doing in your courses. The term "participation" should be interpreted to include attendance (physically) as well as virtual participation.

Last Spring, 85% of faculty reported. That data went into immediate action. Advising Team offices saw 139 students within a week in follow-up appointments based on faculty reporting.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions. Your help makes a difference. Thanks for all that you do.
