One of the objectives of tomorrow's workshop is to address a commonly raised question in the search process, which is "What do we look for in a high-quality candidate?" Dr. Carter will dissect the decision-making process of human resources selection into three primary aspects: job analysis data, organizational analysis, and the elusive concept of fit. He will explore both rational and political perspectives in the candidate selection process, and present a model that combines all three aspects into a dynamic process.
* This is the second of two workshops and in order to attend tomorrow's workshop, it is required that you have already completed the first workshop held in September. The first workshop served as a prerequisite for tomorrow's session.
