candidate?" Dr. Carter will dissect the decision-making process of human resources selection into three primary aspects: job analysis data, organizational analysis, and the elusive concept of fit. He will explore both rational and political perspectives in
the candidate selection process, and present a model that combines all three aspects into a dynamic process.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
