Colleagues:

Please note and relay the following hard deadlines and information that must be followed by all department heads and faculty.

1.)  Fall 2023 grade submission opens Friday, December 8.
2.)  Fall 2023 grades are due Monday, December 18 at 5:00 PM.

The above dates are nonnegotiable and must be adhered to.  All financial aid processes, academic status processes, and critical advising and registration processes revolve around grades, making grades literally currency and academic life for students.  We cannot afford to be late with submitting our students' grades.

If you have questions about how to further dramatize the importance of meeting these deadlines with your colleagues, please let me know.
