[VPAAEtal] YouSeeU/Bongo Recordings for D2L courses

Hello Faculty,

Please note that access to YouSeeU/Bongo within D2L recordings will discontinue at the end of the spring 2022 term.  You have different options to preserve recorded content:


1.       Download your YouSeeU/Virtual Classroom Meeting Recording<https://bongolearn.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036649673-Downloading-your-Virtual-Classroom-Meeting-Recording> to your local hard-drive.



2.       Back-up/re-capture YouSeeU recordings using Panopto screen capture.  Consult our help resources for steps on how to do this.<https://inside.tamuc.edu/facultystaffservices/academictechnology/educational-technology/panopto.aspx#ConvertingYouSeeUVideos>


3.       Our multimedia team is available to assist with converting YouSeeU recordings from fall 2020 forward.  Please use the request form to identify specific videos<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeNeRf2nzmFyNXrUl5tzdMkNlCcxNnK8ODewJ1HGIUyvm5WoQ/viewform> you wish to archive on the Panopto.
