[VPAAEtal] myLeo Online (D2L) course shells

Hello faculty,

Course shells for the Fall 2022 term have been created in myLeo Online/D2L.  These are blank course offering shells, and the term is indicated at the front of the course name.

Resources to assist with the preparation of your course shell:


*         Import Course Material-Help Document<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CourseCopy-ImportCourseComponents.pdf> (PDF)- To import content from an existing course.


o   After importing content please adjust due dates, quiz access, and check course links accordingly. By default, quizzes are set to inactive upon import.



*         GA enrollment request process for D2L is now done via Laserfische request form<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/Graduate-Assistant-Enrollment>.  (Access using your university login.)


*         To request a course to be cross-listed in D2L, please e-mail online at tamuc.edu<mailto:online at tamuc.edu> with specific course section information and whether content is already present in a specific D2L shell.



o   Please note that we cannot cross-list courses once student course work has been submitted.
