[VPAAEtal] Transition from YouSeeU to Zoom for online Courses

Hello Faculty,

Please note that In January 2022, the university will no longer be using YouSeeU/Virtual Classroom synchronous video for online classes in D2L.  Access to the tool and existing recorded meeting videos will discontinue at that point.

We will be making a change to Zoom for synchronous video purposes.  To facilitate ease of access and course meeting administration, Zoom will be integrated into the course navigation bar in D2L like the current integration with YouSeeU.

We have already started training for this upcoming change in our online learning environment.  To find a training time that will work with your schedule, please visit the Training and Development university website (https://appsprod.tamuc.edu/td/coursecalendar.aspx).  We have weekly sessions schedule throughout October titled Zoom Basics and D2L Integration.
