[VPAAEtal] Required COVID Training for Students

Students have to complete COVID training this Spring in MyLeo prior to gaining access to D2L.

Yesterday, there were glitches in which the training stopped out on students midway through.  As a result, there may be some issues with their gaining access to courses.

Please be aware of this development, and work with students who are working through these issues getting access to D2L.
