Hello Faculty,

The recommended workflow for contacting your students within your online course shells is to use the Classlist tool.  You can find instructions on how to do here:

The class list tool tends to be easier to use than the e-mail tool, and offers a more targeted way to communicate with your students.  You can select the number of students to display on the page prior to initiating the e-mail.
