Final grading has been opened for the following terms:

§  2018 Sub-Term 'A3' - 04/12/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2018 Sub-Term 'J' - 03/19/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2018 Sub-Term 'O' - 01/24/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2018 Sub-Term 'T' - 03/26/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2018 Sub-Term 'Z' - 03/26/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2018 Winter Mini Sub-Term 'N' - 01/09/2018 - 05/11/2018

§  2017 Fall Sub-Term 'C' - 08/28/2017 - 05/11/2018


Worksheets will remain available until May 14th at 5:00 p.m.

Instructions for entering final grades:

  *   Log into myLEO
  *   Select: Faculty Resources tab
  *   Select: Faculty Final Grades
  *   Select: Term
  *   Select: Course
  *   Select: Submit
  *   Input letter grade under "Grade"
  *   Select: Submit

If you are teaching Developmental Coursework courses MATH 131 or ENG 100, please follow the instructions below:

Instead of putting an "R" then the letter grade, instructors will use the "DV" option then the letter grade. The scale will look like this:
DVA: A
DVB: B
DVC: C
DVD: D
DVF: F

Please note, the prompt submission of grades is imperative for staff to complete their end of term processes.

There are several processes affected by final grades for each semester. Some of these are:

  *   Financial aid eligibility determination
  *   Graduation checks
  *   Academic action assessments
  *   Student registration in future terms
  *   Final transcript calculations for our students
  *   Academic appeals for future semesters

None of these can be done without all grades for individual students.

***Any grades not submitted on time will require the submission of a Grade Change Petition for each student, in order to post the grades.

Also, when completing the grading process, please be aware of FERPA regulations and guidelines, which can be found at the following address:  http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/documents/Ferpafacultystaff.pdf Grading information is considered non-directory and cannot be shared openly amongst a class or department.
