Scheduled Update Alert - myLeo Online LMS

What is happening?

*         The Brightspace platform which is used by myLeo Online will transition to Amazon Web Services hosting on April 14th.  The process is scheduled by the vendor to occur from 10pm CST and should be concluded by Apr 15, 4 AM CST.

*         Please note that the LMS will be unavailable to users during this time frame. Services will resume by 4 AM CST on the 15th.

*         Courses using eCollege are NOT affected
When:

*         Saturday April 14th, 2018 from 10:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. CST
Services/Applications Impacted:

*         myLeo Online Learning Management System-Online Courses in D2L Brightspace
What you need to do:

*         If you experience other technical problems, please contact the CITE Support Center at 903-468-6000 or Helpdesk at tamuc.edu<mailto:Helpdesk at tamuc.edu>.

*         If you experience myLeo Online technical problems, contact the Brightspace helpdesk at 1-877-325-7778 (toll free).
