[VPAAEtal] MIGRATION TO myLeo ONLINE

Greetings Faculty,

This is an update on Project NOVA, the migration from eCollege to myLeo Online (D2L BrightSpace).

*       Beta and Pilot courses have been selected for Spring and Summer of 2018.

*       A Faculty Guide to myLeo Online is being developed by the CFEI.

*       Phase I: Migration Staging is underway with many Faculty Course Leads (FCL) completing the process to move master courses to a staging area in eCollege.

o   To complete Phase I, refer to Phase I: Migration Staging<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/centerForFacultyExcellenceAndInnovation/LMS/migration.aspx> on the CFEI website.

o   The next Packing Party<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/centerForFacultyExcellenceAndInnovation/LMS/toolbox.aspx#pack> is scheduled for July 10-14.

*       Testing and integration are currently underway.

*       Phases II and III will be announced at a future time.

Need help "packing" your courses for the big migration from eCollege to myLeo Online? Come to this open, relaxed, self-paced lab with music, food, goodies, and CFEI staff support.
