[VPAAEtal] Spring Schedules Dropped

Good morning,

Spring schedules were dropped a little after 5:00 p.m. yesterday for non-payment. (213 students)  Students were notified numerous times prior to the drop and were e-mailed last night that their schedules were removed.

Faculty
Rosters should be reviewed, if students are still attending face to face courses and they no longer appear on your roster please notify me immediately or send them directly to the One Stop Shop. E-college was removed as well as the schedule so online students no longer have access to their classes.  We do not want a student earning a grade in a class they have not paid for and will not receive a grade for at the end of the semester.  (Yes, this has happened :()

Notification of a missing student on your roster when grades are due is too late to manage the situation properly.

Students will need instructor and dean approval on the attached form or by e-mail in addition to payment arrangements to be re-instated.

If you have any questions or need confirmation of enrollment on a particular student please let me know.
