[VPAAEtal] Summer II and 10-Week SRTE Schedule

Faculty,

Administration of the Summer II AND Summer 10-Week 2016 Students' Ratings of Teaching Effectiveness (SRTEs), often referred to as "course evaluations," begins in 27 July.  Please note that Summer II and 10-Week SRTEs will not be accepted at CFEI after 11 July.

Academic department Administrative Assistants will assemble packets and distribute paper-based SRTEs to faculty




1 August
to
5 August

SRTEs are administered utilizing a student designee from the class.



Administer SRTEs - Students receive prompt to complete when logging into Pearson Learning Studio (eCollege) online course

8 August
thru
10 August
(No SRTEs accepted after 11 August for
Summer II or 10-Week)

All completed paper-based SRTEs will be returned to CFEI.




This schedule information has also been sent to your Department Head so that they may assist you with the distribution and collection of the SRTEs.

The primary goal for conducting the SRTEs is to equip you, as the course instructor, with salient student feedback.  The changes and improvements that made to your courses as a result of comments gathered from the SRTE process, not only reifies your accountability and credibility with students, but attests to the value that is accrued to the university when students' voices are incorporated in the quality assurance framework.
