What happened?
Authentication process error which caused a Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege) outage
When did it happen?
Friday, February 6th , 2015 from approximately 9:15 a.m. - 9:35 a.m. Central Time.
Services/Applications Impacted
Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege)

Who was affected?
Anyone who attempted to access Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege) during the outage
What you need to do
At this time, the issue has been resolved.
