[VPAAEtal] 12th Day Rosters

Good Morning,
12th day rosters are now open and available via MyLeo. Please complete your rosters by Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. If you are in a sub-term that has not started yet, please make sure that you complete your roster based on that census date.

*Note: Reporting students for non-attendance does not administratively drop them from the class. It does, however, affect their financial aid status, as aid is pulled back for students found to be on this list. This in turn COULD affect the drop list and whether students are dropped due to nonpayment.  Students and the Financial Aid Department are notified concerning their non-attendance. For those instructors wanting to administratively drop students from their roster, the forms are available through your department secretaries. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call at (903)886-5070. Attached are procedures for reference if needed.

Administrative assistants, please forward this information to any instructor that does not have a faculty e-mail address.
