**RESOLVED** - Unscheduled Outage Alert - eCollege - 12/15/2015

What Happpend?
Pearson LearningStudio was reported down for approximately 20 minutes. Users were not able to access their LearningStudio homepage after logging into myLeo.

When:
December 15, 2015

Services/Applications Impacted:

*         Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege)
What you need to do:
As of 12/15/2015 at 8:29 a.m. users were able to once again access LearningStudio via myLeo. If users continue experiencing access issues, please clear the browser's cache and cookies and try again before contacting technical support.
