Remind your students of the 24/7 technical support available to them with Pearson LearningStudio.  If they encounter technical problems with their online courses, they should direct their technical issues to:

You may also reach the HelpDesk by calling (toll-free) 1-866-656-5511 or 720-931-3847 (direct), or through the Online Chat by clicking on the "Tech Support" tab within your LearningStudio course.
