[VPAAEtal] Accessibility Refresh Initiative for Online Courses

Greetings, Instructors.
The Center for Faculty Excellence & Innovation (CFEI) continues to address accessibility matters in its fully online courses.  One way this is done is by updating and/or removing unnecessary HTML code in a course.  The Accessibility Refresh Initiative will primarily result in more courses being screen reader compatible along with addressing other accessibility issues.  Please be assured that course content will not be affected.  The changes made by the CFEI staff will only be cosmetic.  Examples of before and after the HTML cleanup are provided below as screenshots.  You might possibly see changes in the way a course looks but functionality and subject matter will remain unaltered.  The CFEI will continue to conduct full accessibility reviews if requested by the instructors, Department Heads, and/or Deans.
