LearningStudio (eCollege) Exam/Quiz Submission Error

What happened?
Students may have reported to their instructors and Pearson Learning Studio (PLS) Helpdesk that they were not able to:

*         save/submit exams or quizzes

*         advance to the next question inside of an exam/quiz
When did it happen?
Sunday, October 12th, 2014 - Monday, October 13th, 2014

Services/Applications Impacted

*         PLS Exam

*         PLS Quiz
What you need to do
It is recommended that if a student reported this issue to the instructor, they allow the student(s) to retake. This may involve re-opening the exam/quiz.  A report was generated by PLS with possible affected users. The Center for Faculty Excellence & Innovation is reviewing the report and will be contacting the instructors of possible affected users via email.
