[VPAAEtal] Writing Center's expanded library hours

Dear Faculty of Texas A&M University - Commerce:

 

To better serve your students, the Writing Center has expanded hours on
the 2nd floor of  Gee Library: Monday through Thursday 10-4,  and
Fridays by appointment. This location offers excellent daytime access
for students who take courses in Literature and Languages, Business
Administration, AG/IT, Ferguson Hall, or the Science Building.  

 

Although we are not a proofreading service, The Writing Center does
support students in their understanding of writing for various audiences
and purposes, including how to research a topic, synthesize sources, and
format a paper correctly. We also assist students in understanding how
to revise their writing for clarity and correct grammatical form.

 

Please share the attached flyer with your classes and consider offering
a bit of credit to students who take advantage of this opportunity to
become a better writer.
