Greetings Faculty and Staff,

We are ready to roll out the new myLEO this weekend starting at 8PM on
Friday, June 1. The preparation for the NEW myLEO transition will be
performed June 1 at 8PM through June 4 at 6AM Central Time.

eCollege will be accessible through http://online.tamuc.org
<http://online.tamuc.org> . All other applications, i.e. Grades, Bill Pay,
Registration, Financial Aid, and LeoMail will NOT be accessible during this
time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR YOU: Faculty and Staff must sign in with their AD
credentials (computer username login LastNFirstN and password) in order to
access the necessary tools and menus required for your role. If you are a
currently enrolled student, applicant, or alumni of the University, you will
still find value in logging in with your CWID and password; however, you
will only have access to your student information.

In order for the myLEO portal launch to be successful, we will need your
help as advocates to guide our students who are having issues starting
Monday. A Public Help Page will be available at
https://myleo.tamuc.edu/web/help/login
Check here first to see if the issue has already been reported, and in some
cases solved.

The following myLEO Support Model will help you guide your students on how
