NOTE - If you attempted to enter rosters early, please go back and
review them today.

Several withdrawals and drops were made through yesterday evening, so we
need to make 

sure the inputs are correct as of today.

AND ARE NOW IDENTIFIED AS "CENSUS DAY ROSTERS-CURRENT TERM")

Good Afternoon, 

 

Fall rosters are now open and available via MyLeo.  There is a necessity
to identify 

those students who have never attended, so please process your rosters
by the due date listed below.  

 

The reporting options have been expanded to include the following:

 

1)    Please select Never Attended if the student has NEVER attended
your class. 

2)    Please enter Yes and a Date Last Attended ONLY if the student has
attended but is no longer attending your class.  

3)    Otherwise,  indicate Yes for students who are attending regularly.


 

Please complete your roster by Wednesday, Sept 21st, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.  

If you are in a sub-term that has not passed census date yet, please
remember 

to complete your rosters at that time.  Attached are the procedures for
reference, 

if needed. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call
the Registrar's 

Office at 903-886-5070. 

 

Note:  Reporting students for non-attendance does not administratively
drop them from the class.  Students and the Financial Aid Dept. are
notified 
concerning their non-attendance.  For those Instructors wanting to
administratively
drop students from their roster, the forms are available through your
department 
secretaries.  The deadline to administratively drop a student (with a
"Q" drop grade)

from a 16 wk class is Nov 3rd, 2011.

 

Secretaries/Admin Assistants, please forward on to the adjuncts to make
sure they 

have this information.
