[VPAAEtal] Spring '11 Drops in Drop Management Boxes-PLEASE CHECK

Good Morning Faculty,

 

This is just a reminder for all faculty to check their Drop Class
Management 

section in their MyLeo to make sure all drop requests have been cleared
out 

of your boxes for the Spring 2011 term.   We currently have 76 requests
that 

have not been "approved" or "rejected".  If a student has changed their
mind 

and no longer wants to drop, please "reject" the request so that it will
be removed 

from your box.   I have attached the procedures, should you need to
reference

them.

 

A reminder will go out at the beginning of next week to all students
that   

the deadline to drop a 16 week course with a drop grade is April 1st,
2011.

For those 76 students who have already requested to drop, this will
cause

concern because their original requests have not been addressed yet.  

Please attempt to finish processing your current drop requests by the
end of 

this week if at all possible.   Let me know if you have any questions,
or if I 

can be of any further assistance.
