REMINDER

September 15th Deadline

 To Submit Expert Witness Activity

 

Texas Education Code, Section 61.0815
<http://www.tamus.edu/offices/legal/help/ethics/expert_witness.html#Texa
s_Education_Code#Texas_Education_Code>  requires institutions of higher
education to report to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board
activities for which faculty and staff serve as consultants or testifiy
as expert witnesses in lawsuits for which the State of Texas was a
party.  

Activities reported should be for services performed during the latest
fiscal year (September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009).

To meet the A&M System deadline, please submit reporting forms to the
Provost Office by the deadline of September 15th.  Please submit your
reporting form(s) via email to Cynthia_Rhodes at tamu-commerce.edu
<mailto:Cynthia_Rhodes at tamu-commerce.edu>  no later than 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, September 15, 2009.
