[VPAAEtal] IMPORTANT - May Mini, Summer I, Summer II

If you are teaching a May Mini, Summer I, or Summer II online (01W, 02W...) or web-enhanced course and have NOT submitted a course copy request, please do so as soon as possible in that many of these courses will first need to be migrated to the .NExT version of eCollege.  The copy request form is found at www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp. 

 

If you have already submitted a copy request for a May Mini, Summer I, or Summer II Course prior to Spring Break then please note the following:

1.      Requested course copies which need to be migrated to .NExT were sent to eCollege Tuesday, March 25th.  Please do not make changes to the course we are copying from until further notice in that those changes will not be reflected in the migrated copy of your course.

2.      Your migrated course(s) will be made available to you April 7-13 to check that all content migrated successfully.

3.      After courses have been checked for successful migration, they will be moved to the live May Mini, Summer I, or Summer II terms by Friday, April 17th. At this point you will be able to make modifications for the upcoming term.

If you have already submitted a copy request for May Mini, Summer I, or Summer II after March 23rd, then please note the following:

1.      The list of requested course copies which need to be migrated will be sent to eCollege Monday, April 6th. Beginning on this date, please do not make changes to the course we are copying from until further notice in that those changes will not be reflected in the migrated copy of your course.

2.      Your migrated course(s) will be made available to you May 5-11 to check that all content migrated successfully.

3.      After courses have been checked for successful migration, they will be moved to the live May Mini, Summer I, or Summer II terms by Monday, May 18th. At this point you will be able to make modifications for the upcoming term.
