Academic Practices Survey
Spring 2009

Concerns have been raised in the Faculty Senate regarding summer school procedures.  As a result, the Academic Practices Committee was asked to compile data on faculty needs and opinions about summer school.  The individual survey answers will be kept confidential.  The information will be compiled by the committee and presented to the university administration to help understand faculty opinions and needs.  Please complete each question below and submit your answers as directed at the end of the survey.  It should take you less than ten minutes.  Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.
