Concerns have been raised in the Faculty Senate regarding summer school procedures.&nbsp; As a result, the Academic Practices Committee was asked to compile data on faculty needs and opinions about summer school.&nbsp; The individual survey answers will be kept confidential.&nbsp; The information will be compiled by the committee and presented to the university administration to help understand faculty opinions and needs.&nbsp; Please complete each question below and submit your answers as directed at the end of the survey.&nbsp; It should take you less than ten minutes.&nbsp; Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.<BR>
